• ​You can specify what poses, expressions, the overall mood, what is happening in the picture, the background etc. before you pay off your commission. Otherwise it's assumed I have freedom to do whatever.

• Provide clear references for characters, outfits, poses etc.

• It may take a while to complete a commission. You can email me if you have any questions about the waiting time or further inquires.

• You'll be sent progress updates of the commission throughout the stages of creating it.

• You may ask for a reasonable amount of updates if you wish to see progress on the commission at different time periods.

• You can request for major changes during the drafting stage(Posing, expressions, Clothing etc.) as once past that stage only minor changes can be made (Colour or small details).

• Rude or disrespectful clients will be blocked. If you contact me on a different account you will be blacklisted.

• I can turn down your commission request for any reason. Any request to draw something on my “will not/I can't draw” list or anything that makes me uncomfortable will be an instant decline.

• If you break these rules your request will be an instant decline.

• If a commission has taken longer than predicted their is the chance of receiving a "freebie". That decision is up to me.

• My artwork and commissions are not to be used for AI or NFT learning. You will be blocked.

• These commissions are for personal use only. The artwork or shared progress update pictures may not be used for commercial use or money gain. This includes:  NFT (Non-fungible token), blockchain etc.

• Do not do major edits on my artworks. if it's used for something that makes me uncomfortable you will be blocked.

• ​Don't make a profit off the finished commission. 

• I still retain rights over the completed art piece therefore I can use it for my own promotional and/or commercial reasons of my own.

• I use Paypal, Any other payment method will not work for now.

• Payment upfront is required before I start.

• If a refund is requested it can be discussed.

• A payment link will be in the email you receive upon me accepting your commission request.

• You (the client) are responsible for notifying me of sent payment.

• The prices may increase/ decrease.

• You cannot demand free art or ask for a refund once the commission is complete.

• You will be contacted via email

• You are to primarily communicate with me over email. Exceptions can be made to Twitter(X) or Instagram DMs if emails is an unavailable option.

• When submitting forms and responses you are not to post illegal, offensive or spam content. You will be blocked.

• You will receive progress updates after stages of artwork has been completed (sketch, lining, base colour).

• I need a written approval from you (a response) to know weather you have seen progress updates and are happy with what you see so far so I can move on. 

• feedback should be provided at set milestones/progress updates.

• I am anticipated to respond during 12:00 - 2:00pm (AET) on weekends (not limited).

• You should expect a response within 48 hours - 1 week.

• To prevent delay, you have a time limit of 24 - 36 hours to reply. Otherwise your request will be declined. 

• Be respectful. Rude or disrespectful clients will be blocked.
